Cascading orders are an intelligent ordering system that automatically generates future orders based on the previous week’s quantities. This feature simplifies wholesale fulfillment by creating a dynamic, flexible order template that flows from week to week.

How Cascading Orders Work

• Each customer’s order automatically populates with the previous week’s quantities
• Orders continue on the same day of the week (e.g., Monday orders continue on subsequent Mondays)
• You can modify any future order at any time

All of your orders are shown in aggregate on the Orders page.

Customer: Steep Street Coffee House

• Standing Order: 24 blueberry muffins every Monday
• The system will automatically cascade 24 blueberry muffins for all future Mondays
• At any point you can easily adjust the quantity or stop the order

   • The order will not generate until you reinstate a quantity
