Invoices
In the “Invoices” tab from the top navigation, you can view all your invoices as needed.
Each invoice has an action menu with which you can view or delete the invoice.
Create invoices
From the “Invoices” screen, click the “Create invoices” button.
Creating invoices requires choosing:
- An invoice issue date
- Shop location that fulfilled the orders (if your shop has more than one location)
- Fulfillment period which determines the orders to invoice a customer for
- Payment term
- For each customer, choose whether to:
- Include all of the customer’s locations orders in one invoice
- Create a separate invoice for each of the customer’s locations orders
- Create no invoice for the customer
Export invoices
You can export invoices as a Bill.com compatible CSV file.
- Select one or more invoices by clicking the checkbox on the left column
- Click “Export” to download a CSV file containing all the selected invoices
Delete invoices
To delete an invoice, click the trash icon on the right of the invoice’s row.
Deleting invoices cannot be undone.
Invoice numbers
Invoice numbers consist of 10 random alphanumeric characters assigned by the system. The string of characters are ensured to have effectively zero chance of duplication.
