Shop

A shop represents your business. While you can add or remove shop locations, your account will always contain a single shop.

Managing the shop

In the “Settings” tab from the top navigation, you can access your shop’s settings.

Currency setting

So that the system can show monetary amounts that make sense to you, make sure your shop’s currency setting matches the currency you do business in.

Shop Locations

A shop location represents an origin of item fulfillment.

If you fulfill items from more than one place, creating multiple shop locations will keep each place’s orders, fulfillment schedule, and invoices separate.

By default, your shop has one location that can be renamed, but not deleted.

Managing shop locations

From the “Settings” tab on the top navigation, you can view all your shop locations as needed, and add new ones.

Each shop location has actions for editing and deleting it.

Muting a shop location

In the event your shop location closes temporarily, you can set a “mute” on all orders. Mutes are pereferable since they alleviate the need to permanently alter your normal schedule for a temporary closure of your shop location.

From the “Settings” tab in the top navigation, locate a shop location, then click on the “Mutes” tab. From there you can administer the location’s mutes, including adding a new one.

Deleting a shop location

Deleting a shop location makes it unavailable for future order assignments, and you won’t be able to access it’s past fulfillment schedules.

All fulfillments from the shop location will cease on the day after it’s deletion.

Deleting shop locations cannot be undone.
